Kim and Kevin Bauer are a real estate team that combines two unique skill sets from their prior careers to deliver a specialized experience. They truly enjoy providing personalized service, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences for their buyers and sellers.

Kim, a Registered Nurse, stepped away from nursing for the most important job of her life, raising their only child, Heath. She has never met a stranger, and you are immediately attracted to her contagious personality, deep caring for people and sense of humor. She has a family history with the Ormond Beach area, having spent summers here with her grandparents, as a child in the 70’s & 80’s. Kim and Kevin were reconnected with the area when their son spent 4 years attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating in May 2025.

After a highly successful 35-year career managing high-end private golf and country clubs, the last 23 years in Palm Beach County, Kevin brings the same dedicated service and an unwavering commitment to excellence to real estate. Delivering an elite level of personalized customer service and creating memorable experiences is his passion. During his career he enjoyed giving back by serving on the Florida Club Managers Association Board of Directors for 9 years, ultimately serving as President of FLCMAA. Kevin's calm, professional, and humble approach ensures that every client experience reflects Adams, Cameron & Co.’s "Stress-Free" Commitment: achieving the highest value with the absolute least amount of stress.

Kim and Kevin recently moved to Ormond Beach from Palm Beach County, falling in love with its charm, southern feel, slower pace, and the genuine kindness of its people. Faith and family direct their compass. They enjoy the beach, boating, traveling and spending time with friends, family and their two crazy dogs.
